4 parts gold rum
2 parts fresh lemon juice
1 part water
1 tsp bar sugar
Combine sugar, lemon juice and water in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with crushed ice. Add rum and stir well. Garnish with fruit.
