Caribbean Smoked Torch
Ingredients
1,25 cl Brandy
1,25 cl Dark rum (Myers)
2 cl Malibu rum
2 cl Midori melon liqueur
Orange juice
Pineapple juice
Cranberry juice
Ice
2 cl Chambord raspberry liqueur
1,25 cl Bacardi 151 proof rum
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients, except for the 151 rum in a tin glass or shaker. Steam the snifter, using the 1,25 cl of 151 lighting it, until it consumes itself. After that pour the content of the shaker in the hot snifter. It will create a really good smelling cloud of smoke, that it's what distinguish this coktail.
